• Customer responsible for any damage (Carts are inspected before and after each rental)

• If any safety issues arise on cart during use hey must be reported immediately (850) 724-3277 (call or text) and cart must be parked and not driven (seatbelt malfunction issues, brake issues, breakdown, etc). 

• Delivery Window 8am-12pm ensure carts are available by 8am on checkout day to be picked up by delivery team and keys are returned to hidden area on cart.

• Drivers must have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old. Florida DMV regulations apply to all street-legal golf carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs).

• Only street-legal LSVs may be driven on public roads, and they must be registered and insured. Standard golf carts are not street-legal and are only allowed on private property or golf courses.

• We offer Street Legal Golf carts which can only be driven on roads with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or less. This covers all areas of Destin & Miramar Beach excluding driving on Hwy 98 aka Emerald Coast Pkwy but you are permitted to cross it. Always observe posted speed limit signs for safety and legal compliance.

• Golf carts are not permitted on highways, including US Highway 98 (Emerald Coast Parkway), or any road with a speed limit over 35 mph.

• Many communities have their own restrictions on golf cart use due to insurance, parking, or exclusive vendor agreements. Always check with your property manager for current policies, gate codes, and approved vendors.

• Some communities do not allow outside golf cart rentals, including Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Sandestin Resort. Destiny By The Sea and Destiny West have restrictions. 

• Most communities do allow Golf cart rentals including Crystal Beach, Grand Caribbean, Gulfside Cottages (located directly on the sea or offering sea views), Hidden Dunes, Inlet Beach, Pelican Beach Resort, Rue Caribe, Seascape Resort, and Silver Dunes and many more.
