Here's the main rules of the road, (Read Below) as well as prohibited areas to ensure you have a safe, and fun time during your Destin & Miramar Beach FL Golf Cart Rental! Don't forget to ensure carts are allowed at your location and you are within Destin or Miramar beach areas before booking (No Refunds). Thank you!

Florida Law & Our Golf Cart Rental Policies

  • Golf Carts Prohibited from traveling on any roads exceeding 35mph (Six Lane Hwy 98 East or West Prohibited.

  • ALL Passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times

  • One seat belt per passenger (No double buckling) 

  • Children required to wear seat belts at all times (Car seats may be strapped in) 

  • No texting & Driving 

  • Drive Sober or get pulled over! 

  • (6) Passengers MAX 

  • No driving on beach or sidewalks 

  • Must Obey All Traffic Laws (Golf Cart is Treated as Street Legal Vehicle)

  • Customer responsible for any towing, other violation, citation, or fines 

  • Must be at least 21 to rent & Have Valid Drivers License & Auto Insurance 

  • No cash accepted Credit card only 

  • Online Booking Required from Smart Phone, PC, Tablet or In Person at our location

  • Must refuel with gas after use 

  • Customer responsible for any damage (Carts are inspected before and after each rental)

  • If any safety issues arise on cart during use hey must be reported immediately (850) 724-3277 (call or text) and cart must be parked and not driven (seatbelt malfunction issues, brake issues, breakdown, etc). 

  • Delivery Window 8am-12pm ensure carts are available by 8am on checkout day to be picked up by delivery team and keys are returned to hidden area on cart.

Frequently Asked Questions

Am I Allowed to drive the Golf Cart on the beach? 

​

No. Golf Carts Are only allowed to be driven and parked on the road and in designated vehicle parking spaces.

Can Multiple people in our group drive the golf cart? 

​

Yes as long as the Driver is at least 21 years of age, has valid License and Auto Insurance. You remain responsible for the golf cart vehicle if any damage was to occur.

 

Where all can you drive the Golf Cart?

 

You can drive the Golf Cart anywhere along Scenic hwy 98 in Destin and Miramar Beach and along 30a if staying in Santa Rosa Beach. Any roads posted 35mph or under. You cannot Drive it along Hwy 98 aka Emerald Coast Pkwy. You may cross Hwy 98 if the crossroad is 35mph and drive along backroads, side streets, etc.

What areas can be accessed from the golf cart? 

​

Beach areas, Restaurants, Shopping Malls, Grocery Stores, Gas Stations, Beach Stores, and attractions can all be accessed by Golf Cart.

Do you offer a military Discount? 

​

Yes we offer a 10% off Military discount for any active Duty or Retired military as long as they are within your group traveling to our area.

What's the age Requirement to Drive the Golf Cart?

​

21 Years Old is the minimum age. 

​

Where / How do we charge the Golf Carts? 

​

All of our Golf Carts have been upgraded to Gas engines so no charging required! Just top off with fuel at the end of your rental. 

​

Can we bring a car seat and use on the Golf Cart?

​

Yes the use of car seats especially for children 5 & under is mandatory per FL law. The car seat can be buckled into our seatbelts by retracting the seatbelt fully, then buckling it down tightly to ensure it's secured.
